Scrum Guide 精读 - 6. Scrum team - PO

Scrum Guide 精读，今天接着讲scrum team里的PO部分。

开始之前先说一下我几个在不同团队里见过的业务人员角色。

PM，product manager，也会叫产品经理。

PO，product owner，中文里有时叫产品负责人。

PO proxy，PO代理人。

BA，Business analyst，业务分析师。

还有一些是不同组织内因地制宜发明出来的各种角色。

    这些不同的帽子，在不同的公司里承担着各种不同的工作，常常没有一个固定的职责边界，不像开发小伙伴，我的技能就是后端，或者前端，我只管写bug，哦不，写代码。

    业务人员的工作涉及内容可能非常广，但技能却没有分割的这么清楚，所以这么多帽子很可能换来换去，只是组织关系而已，与工作内容不一定直接相关。

    好了，我们看看scrum guide里面的PO是干什么的，看看都有哪些事情需要干。

第一段：

The Product Owner is accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team. How this is done may vary widely across organizations, Scrum Teams, and individuals.

这与上面说的一样，PO的工作涉及内容可能非常广，根据业务、组织和个人的不同而不同，但是ta是将产品价值最大化的责任人。

第二段：

The Product Owner is also accountable for effective Product Backlog management, which includes:

• Developing and explicitly communicating the Product Goal;

• Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items;

• Ordering Product Backlog items; and,

• Ensuring that the Product Backlog is transparent, visible and understood.

The Product Owner may do the above work or may delegate the responsibility to others. Regardless, the Product Owner remains accountable.

    暂且不谈这个事情具体是不是PO做，这里定义了product Backlog management的工作内容，仅仅是围绕着Backlog，不包含其他的推广、调研和营销的工作。让我们看看都有哪些工作要做。

1、设计和明确交流产品目标。

2、创建和明确交流PBI。

3、PBI的组织排序。

4、确保产品待办列表的透明可见，被大家所理解。
